Nottingham Autism Support Service Ltd values every member of staff that works for them and is very different to a traditional supply agency. We only offer members of staff to our clients who are qualified and/or have experience with working with people on the Autistic spectrum. In return for this we can offer significantly higher rates of pay than other support agencies. Whilst we do have work that can be offered on a day to day basis there are also opportunities to do short, medium and long term contracts with our clients which can sometimes lead to permanent work. We are passionate about offering members of staff to our clients who have the most up to date training so we are committed to supporting all of our members of staff to access these training and development opportunities.
